Facebook all over the internet really of companies trying to promote the sale
of their supplements claiming things that they boost your immune system. I just
want to confirm to you that these supplements who are claiming to boost your
immune system are warping the truth there is no evidence supporting this and
there is also no evidence supporting the use of any supplements such as vitamin
C zinc or anything really to protect you or prevent you from getting Covid-19
non whatsoever and to be quite honest with you I really think that these
companies who try to make money out of the current situation.
Well they should really be ashamed of themselves. I don't
want you or anyone really to fall for these false claims and potentially harm
yourself so please remember that most people can get all of the vitamins and
minerals that they require through a healthy balanced diet.

Organize your schedule and get into a routine that fits between seven to nine hours per day. To get a better sleep, you can try herbs, foods or natural substance.
