Solar Eclipse 2020: Here's a list of Do’s and Don’ts (Solar Eclipse 21 June 2020)








As you know the first solar eclipse of 2020 is all set to mark its existence on 21st June on Sunday, which is likely to show a ring of fire during the eclipse, assumed it to be an annular solar eclipse.
The Solar Eclipse 2020 will be visible from 9:15 AM  to 12:15 PM on 21st June as per the Indian Standard Time (IST). 
So here’s a list of dos and don’ts for this Solar Eclipse 2020.
Things you should Do during the solar eclipse Period:
- Put Basil leaves in the water and cooked food items already stored in your house.


- It suggest that the pregnant women should also avoid stepping out of the home.



- Use of special solar filters or ‘eclipse glasses’ to protect your eyes, while looking towards the sun for viewing this amazing ecliptic event.


- It is advised that one should neither cook or nor eat during the Event, as the cooked edible items get  contaminated due to the hindrance of sunlight rays during the eclipse period.




Things you should Don't Do during the solar eclipse Period:

 -It is Suggest that not to make physical relations during this time, as it may lead to the pregnancy     complications.

 -Be careful with children and elders at home who are curious to see the eclipse.

- Make sure they take the due precautions as far as the eyesight is concerned.

Never watch the Solar Eclips without eye protection nor with the dark sunglasses.

-Don’t use X-ray films to see the eclipse, because even with small amount of radiation into your eyes, harming your eyesight in the process.
