How to pin chats to the top.
This are three steps to do it.
Step 1 : Open WhatsApp application
Step 2: On screen, you see all the chats, look for the chat you want to pin,long press it to open additional options on the top bar.
Step 3: Find the pin-shaped icon on the top bar of options and press it.
